Winter League Fixtures : 5^TH Rd : Mar 8^th – 20^th 13 Hole singles

6^th Rd and Final: Mar 21^st 18 HOLE SINGLES for all teams

Ladies Winter League kindly sponsored by Shaws Department Store:
Round 4 will run until the 07^th March over 13 hole singles match play format. It is the responsibility of each team to ensure they get all matches played on time.

Match Play draws for 4^th round – Team 1 v Team 6, Team 2 v Team 5 and Team 3 v Team 4.

Please note : that the remaining two rounds are singles. The 5^th round will run from March 08^th to 20^th and is 13 holes singles. Then on March 21^st is the Final day of league and all teams will play 18 hole singles.
It is important that everyone plays on the day as this round will determine the league winners for 2010.

Interested in Playing Golf – New Members
There was a big turnout for the information meeting held in the Club on Wednesday 24^th February for all the ladies out there interested in taking up golf as part of an active and healthy lifestyle.

The organiser in chief Joan Sheehan welcomed everyone and then handed over to Pat Murphy who gave his usual proficient and encouraging speech to all the intended new members so hopefully as the weather improves we will see a lot of new faces on the fairways in 2010.
