8 GOY competitions will be held during the year.
A player’s best 5 cards will constitute his total GOY points for the year.
When a GOY competition runs for two or more days the first entry score only, will be considered for GOY points.
The points allocation system for 2011 is:
Top 3 nett scores are awarded
1st: 10 points,
2nd: 8 points,
3rd: 6 points.
The 4th nett score is awarded 5 points with consecutive scores receiving 1-4 points based on the difference.
The Captain’s and President’s prize will carry 2 extra bonus points for the winners based on aggregate score.

In the event of a tie for overall result the 6th, 7th or 8th cards will determine the winner
